Project Overview
We worked with Linda’s marketing consultancy service for approximately six months, to help with our marketing strategy, budget and plan.
Linda partnered with us to put together a marketing strategy and budget, which when signed off was translated into a practical marketing plan with timeframes and KPIs. The budget involved getting many different stakeholders onboard and comfortable with a way forward.
Internally at our business, she worked with me to agree a new brand including a new logo and brand guidelines, key messaging and the blue print of a website, that reflected our uniqueness to ensure it resonated both with employees and clients/ prospects.
We also spent time looking at new channels to market, which would fit with the business (or not) and how to incentivise our financial advisers to reach KPIs and business targets.
